Responsible for providing optimized support and maintenance of the core banking systems and the Lending system to ensure efficient operations. This is both a support role and a value creation role. The incumbent will work closely with Business, Operations and other relevant teams within the bank, in order to ensure high performance of the Core Banking, Lending and Treasury Systems and contribute to the bank’s strategic objectives now and in the future. This entails system optimization through research, design, analysis, documentation, development and implementation of approved solutions for issues and improvements. The role is also charged with development of appropriate reports and administration services in a manner that ensures that all customer information is secure and the pertinent Service Level Agreements measures are consistently attained.
