1. Maintenance Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain physical facilities, oversee housekeeping, and coordinate ground maintenance.
- Prepare architectural and structural drawings.
- Estimate costs for maintenance and new construction projects.
- Conduct site measurements for project valuations.
- Supervise artisans and ensure optimal utilization of materials.
- Conduct routine maintenance surveillance.
- Provide input for the development and implementation of maintenance schedules.
- Ensure contractors and consultants deliver quality workmanship.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
2. Clinical Officer
Grade: 10

Department: Medical Services
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise junior health workers and oversee clinic operations.
- Diagnose and treat patients at the university health facility.
- Conduct health education and primary healthcare activities.
- Refer patients for specialized medical attention when necessary.
- Maintain accurate health records and compile periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with health service statutory requirements.
- Perform minor surgical and medical procedures.
- Counsel patients and provide holistic healthcare support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
3. Internal Auditor
Grade: 8

Department: Internal Audit
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement fraud investigation and anti-corruption strategies.
- Compile data on financial records and systems.
- Perform audit checks and identify accounting errors.
- Conduct spot checks, cash surveys, and information systems audits.
- Undertake audit investigations and ensure compliance with statutory provisions.
- Prepare audit reports and documents for the Risk and Audit Committee.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Develop scripts for data analysis during internal audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
4. Internal Audit Assistant
Grade: 5
Reference: KyU/NT/104/01/2025
Department: Internal Audit
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Examine and verify accounting and store documents.
- Conduct physical checks of store inventories.
- Maintain and update audit reference records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
