Job Description

To understand the local area in order to maximise acquisition opportunities. To proactively acquire new to bank customers for CAF within the Business segments it services.

To ensure optimal product penetration with Suppliers and effective on-boarding of new customers and retention of existing ones. To provide effective relationship management aimed at optimising customer profitability and value to the Bank. To execute the banks offering in line with the Customer Value Proposition (CVP).

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Undergraduate Degree
Field of Study: ACII or other relevant high level insurance qualification

Experience Required
Business Solutions
Business & Commercial Banking
Minimum 10 years’ experience in handling commercial customers.
Previous managerial experience of 3 years as a Business Manager, Account Manager, or any other related role dealing with high value commercial customers. • Experience in preparing and motivating credit applications, business risks, industry risks and financial requirements pertaining to the business market.
