1. Interim M&E System Business Manager

Position Overview: The Interim M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) System Business Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s M&E systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective tracking and reporting of program outcomes and impacts. The Manager will provide strategic direction and ensure that M&E systems are aligned with Plan International’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of M&E systems across Plan International’s programs.
  • Ensure data collection processes are efficient and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee M&E reporting, ensuring timely submission of high-quality reports.
  • Provide technical assistance to regional and country teams on M&E best practices.
  • Support the integration of M&E data into decision-making processes.

2. Senior Adviser – Multilateral Partnerships

Position Overview: The Senior Adviser for Multilateral Partnerships will manage relationships with multilateral institutions such as the UN, World Bank, and others. This role will focus on creating and strengthening partnerships that advance Plan International’s mission to promote children’s rights and equality for girls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic partnerships with multilateral organizations.
  • Advocate for Plan International’s priorities at the multilateral level.
  • Develop and implement strategies for engaging with multilateral donors and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of funding proposals and policy advocacy strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

3. Fundraising Concept Project Lead

Position Overview: The Fundraising Concept Project Lead will oversee the conceptualization, development, and implementation of innovative fundraising projects. This role will work closely with regional fundraising teams to develop new ways to engage donors and generate sustainable income for Plan International’s programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new fundraising concepts and projects.
  • Collaborate with country and regional teams to adapt and implement fundraising strategies.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from idea conception to fundraising execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of fundraising projects, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with donors and partners to maximize fundraising potential.

4. Child Participation and Accountability Technical Lead

Position Overview: The Child Participation and Accountability Technical Lead will provide strategic leadership in child participation and accountability initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring that children’s voices are heard and that their rights are respected in all of Plan International’s programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical support and guidance on child participation and accountability.
  • Ensure that child participation strategies are integrated into all relevant programmatic areas.
  • Support country offices in implementing child participation frameworks and tools.
  • Strengthen accountability mechanisms to ensure transparency and responsiveness to children’s needs.
  • Advocate for child participation and accountability at global forums and with key stakeholders.

5. Child Marriage in Humanitarian Settings Technical Lead

Position Overview: The Child Marriage in Humanitarian Settings Technical Lead will work to address the issue of child marriage in crisis settings. This role involves leading the development of programmatic responses and ensuring that interventions are integrated into emergency response efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical strategies to prevent and respond to child marriage in humanitarian settings.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to country teams on addressing child marriage in emergencies.
  • Develop and disseminate tools, guidelines, and resources to support child marriage programming.
  • Advocate for the inclusion of child marriage concerns in humanitarian response frameworks.
  • Coordinate with other humanitarian actors to ensure integrated and comprehensive responses.
