Job Description

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the Mombasa branch. You will ensure that branch objectives are met by overseeing day-to-day operations, providing leadership, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Branch Operations Management: Oversee the branch’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Business Development: Work closely with the Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategies to increase customer acquisition, and promoting asset management services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing branch team, fostering a culture of teamwork, integrity, and accountability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all branch operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies. Regularly report branch performance to senior management and provide strategic input for continuous improvement.
