Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of urban and municipal physical development plans.
- Provide professional advice on land use planning and development control.
- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluations on urban planning projects.
- Develop spatial frameworks for land development and public utilities planning.
- Maintain and update physical planning records and databases.
- Conduct public participation forums on matters relating to physical and land use planning.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, private developers, and the public, on planning matters.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international physical planning laws and regulations.

2. Sub-County Revenue Officer

- Oversee revenue collection within the sub-county to ensure compliance with county revenue policies.

- Implement measures to enhance revenue mobilization and collection efficiency.
- Coordinate audits and compliance checks to identify and prevent revenue leakages.
- Develop and implement public awareness programs on revenue policies and regulations.
- Prepare reports on revenue collection and submit them to relevant county authorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including businesses and community members, to enhance revenue compliance.
- Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
