We are seeking to recruit a highly qualified, result – oriented individual for the Branch Manager position in Kakamega county.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Establishing business partners
  • Providing administrative oversight to branch activities
  • The Branch manager will be in charge of all marketing channels at branch level.

Qualifications:

  • Be a holder of a business related University degree
  • Diploma in Insurance or ACII/IIK
  • Diploma in sales and marketing
  • Good progress in professional insurance certification will be an added advantage

Experience:

  • At least 3 years practical work experience in marketing, underwriting, or sales
