Role Overview
As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will develop, implement, and monitor DHL’s safety and environmental programs. Your mission is to promote a safe working environment, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain quality standards in our transport logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for fleet operations.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and preventative measures.
- Train employees on safety practices, emergency response, and accident prevention.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend improvements.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste reduction programs.
