Front Office Receptionist

Job Overview

The Front Office Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests at Dencity Hotel. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be friendly, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Front Office Operations and Customer Care Management or related courses.
  • Minimum of two years working in a similar or related position.
  • Proficiency in Computer Operations.
  • Strong Communication & Organizational Skills.
  • Customer Service Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Relations Management – Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring a seamless experience.
  2. Handling Reservations – Manage room bookings via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in reservations and availability.
  3. Customer Service Excellence – Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
  4. Administrative Duties – Maintain front office records, update guest profiles, and handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  5. Coordination with Other Departments – Communicate guest needs and special requests to housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  6. Security & Confidentiality – Maintain the confidentiality of guest information and ensure hotel security procedures are followed at all times.
  7. Upselling Hotel Services – Promote additional hotel services, facilities, and special offers to enhance the guest experience.
  8. Report Generation – Prepare daily reports on guest arrivals, departures, occupancy rates, and revenue collection.
  9. Telephone & Email Handling – Answer incoming calls, respond to emails professionally, and assist with guest inquiries in a timely manner.
  10. Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution – Address and resolve guest complaints efficiently to uphold Dencity Hotel’s reputation.
