TaiFintech Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

TaiFintech LLP is a company created in partnership between Strathmore Research and Consulting Centre (SRCC) and BCK Ltd a local company in the Technology Space.  This collaboration brings together strong academia and commercial capabilities to form a formidable Fintech company that will help drive commercial opportunities with enterprises in Kenya and the region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that drive growth and align
   with TaiFintech’s vision.
2. Market Presence and Business Development: Act as the primary ambassador for
   TaiFintech, enhancing its public image and securing key partnerships.
3. Executive Decision-Making: Make sound managerial decisions that support the
   company’s priorities.
4. Oversight of Shared Support Services: Ensure the effective operation of Finance,
   HR, Audit, and Legal departments.
5. Statutory and Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with legal standards
   and industry regulations.
6. Financial Stewardship: Manage financial planning and budgeting to ensure
   TaiFintech’s fiscal health
7. People and Culture Leadership: Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous
   learning within TaiFintech.
8. Reporting and Communication: Provide timely updates to the BoD on performance,
   risks, and opportunities.
   Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred
  but not mandatory).
• Demonstrated potential and ambition to lead at an executive level.
