KCB Bank Hiring Senior Brand Manager Digital Campaign

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Campaign Strategies. Create end-to-end campaign roadmaps that align with the Bank’s strategic objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative digital approaches. The campaigns will drive value for the bank in Key consumer segments such as youth, women, MSME and mass markets.
  • Manage the full digital campaign lifecycle—ideation, launch, monitoring, optimization—and ensure all generated leads are effectively captured, tracked, and handed off to a dedicated team. This will require a good understanding in tracking campaign effectiveness and mapping user journeys to attribute campaign efforts to business results. 
  • Lead Management: Collaborate with customer excellence, outbound call center lead management team and retails sales team to ensure efficient lead management, handover to optimize conversion.
  • Drive Audience Segmentation and Consumer Research: Working with analytics to identify key consumer insights to strengthen the development and execution of brand campaigns refine targeting, personalize campaign messaging, and improve overall relevancy and engagement while ensuring delivery against the overall bank strategy.
  • Manage Media Planning, placements, and media buys across digital channels, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal exposure.
  • Buying, and Budget Oversee budget allocation, reporting, and reconciliation to guarantee effective use of funds and transparent spend tracking.
  • Lead Performance Marketing, SEO, Implement SEO best practices, optimize landing pages, and coordinate performance marketing efforts (paid search, display, social) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, extracting actionable insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Produce regular, clear, and concise reports to inform stakeholders of campaign outcomes and ROI.
  • Work closely with business leaders, brand managers and media partners to align digital efforts to Business goals ensuring brand consistency, innovative solutions and best-in-class campaign execution. 

The Person

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Professional Certification, Degree in Insurance, Diploma in Insurance or master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing campaigns
  • At least 4 years; experience in digital media buying
  • At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and budget management
  • At least 2 years’ experience in leading and managing teams
