Available Positions:
1. Procurement, Administration, and Logistics Officer (COSME) – Kilifi
Location: Kilifi, Kenya
Region: Middle East, Eastern and Southern Africa
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and donor regulations.
- Manage administration and logistics operations to support project implementation.
- Maintain accurate procurement and asset records, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Coordinate transport and fleet management, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Support in supplier contract negotiations and vendor management.
- Prepare procurement and logistics reports, ensuring timely submission.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures.
2. Driver – Isiolo
Location: Isiolo, Kenya
Region: Middle East, Eastern and Southern Africa
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and efficient transport services for staff, partners, and visitors.
- Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of the assigned vehicle.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to traffic rules and organizational safety policies at all times.
- Support logistics functions, including deliveries and errands as required.
- Ensure vehicles are always clean and in good condition.
3. Regional Child Protection in Emergencies Specialist (Re-advert)
Location: Region of Eastern & Southern Africa
Region: Middle East, Eastern and Southern Africa
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership on child protection in emergencies across the region.
- Develop and implement strategies for child protection interventions during humanitarian crises.
- Conduct training and capacity-building initiatives for staff and partners.
- Ensure child protection programs align with international humanitarian standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies and NGOs, to enhance child protection frameworks.
- Lead research and advocacy efforts to improve policies and interventions for children in emergencies.
4. Interim M&E System Business Manager
Location: Global Hub – Location Flexible
Region: Global
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the organization’s Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system.
- Ensure effective data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Develop and implement M&E strategies to measure program impact.
- Provide technical support to teams in different regions on M&E best practices.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate with IT and program teams to enhance system functionality and usability.
