Job Responsibilities
As a Front Office Agent at CySuites Apartment Hotel, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests, handling the check-in and check-out processes, and orienting them through the apartment.
- Organizing airport pick-up and drop-off services and showing guests around the property.
- Assisting with luggage handling to and from guest rooms.
- Answering and directing incoming calls, including guest wake-up call services, supplier inquiries, and internal communications via the switchboard.
- Receiving and relaying messages to guests, departments, or individuals.
- Verifying guest accounts, confirming room status, running night audits, and preparing relevant reports for submission to respective departments.
- Responding to guest reviews when required and ensuring guest feedback is received, addressed, and resolved efficiently.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly handling complaints and special requests.
- Accurately computing guest billings and posting charges to guest rooms and house accounts.
- Managing pool and gym clients and ensuring guests have access to these facilities.
- Assisting in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
- Handling mail, packages, and messages efficiently while keeping records.
- Clearly communicating hotel services and amenities to guests.
- Performing any other assigned duties as required.

- Familiar with eZee PMS software (preferred but not required).
