Job Description – Cabin Crew Administrator
As a Cabin Crew Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of crew-related administrative tasks while supporting inflight services operations. This position is instrumental in maintaining accurate records, processing critical data, and facilitating effective communication between the management team and the cabin crew.
Principal Accountabilities
- Disseminate information to promote better communication flow between management and cabin crew.
- Prepare weekly reports on crew performance in liaison with inflight management for informed decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze periodic performance data reports, including but not limited to layovers, sick leave, ground duty, and leave days, to enhance cabin crew utilization and productivity.
- Compile and run voyage reports for internal records and performance assessment.
- Prepare and compile crew monthly achieved nights to maintain accurate records.
- Verify and submit cabin crew productivity claims, including layover and extra hours allowances, ensuring accurate payroll data entry within the stipulated timelines.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained at all times for seamless administrative operations.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings (internal and external) and take minutes as required.
- Facilitate and support the planning of cabin crew appraisal performance reports in liaison with IPMs.
- Raise inflight requisitions from the stores/supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collate and forward crew documents to crew planning for necessary updates.
- Update cabin notices and ensure timely communication of critical updates.
