CySuites Apartment Hotel is a luxurious serviced apartment hotel located along Church Road, off Waiyaki Way in Nairobi’s bustling Westlands area. The hotel offers 32 two-bedroom apartments, 6 one-bedroom apartments, and 2 penthouses.

These fully serviced apartments provide contemporary living and working spaces fitted with amenities to cater to the needs of both short and extended stays. The serene location makes it the perfect home away from home for both business and leisure travelers.

Our all-day dining restaurant offers a variety of both Kenyan and continental dishes, while the bar area features a fine selection of wines, a wide range of spirits, and signature cocktails. Guests can also take advantage of our fitness facilities, including a heated pool, to keep up with their exercise regime.

We are currently looking for Front Desk Agents (Casuals) to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Front Office Agent (Casuals) – Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests, manage their registration, check-in process, and provide orientation through the apartment.
  • Handle check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring all guest accounts are settled accurately.
  • Organize airport pick-up and drop-off services.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling to and from their rooms.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, manage guest wake-up call services, and handle messages for guests and departments.
  • Verify guest accounts, confirm room statuses, and conduct night audits.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary reports to respective departments.
  • Respond to guest reviews and feedback while addressing any complaints to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Accurately compute guest billings and post charges to guest rooms and house accounts.
  • Handle pool and gym clients, ensuring they are well attended to.
  • Assist in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
  • Manage mail, packages, and messages efficiently, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Communicate hotel services and amenities effectively to guests.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
