1. Drivers (Nairobi – Full Time)
Job Description:
- Safely transport SHOFCO staff, beneficiaries, and materials to designated locations.
- Ensure proper vehicle maintenance, including servicing and cleanliness.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company policies while on duty.
- Keep accurate vehicle logs and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods when required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
2. Program Officer (Kwale, Trans Nzoia, Bungoma, Machakos, Nakuru, Meru – Full Time)
Job Description:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of SHOFCO programs in the assigned counties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and community members.
- Ensure timely reporting on program progress, challenges, and impact.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend program improvements.
- Facilitate training and capacity-building activities for program beneficiaries.
- Monitor budget utilization and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
3. Teacher of STEM and Math (Mathare – Full Time)
Job Description:
- Plan and deliver engaging STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and Math lessons.
- Develop and implement student-centered teaching strategies to improve learning outcomes.
- Assess students’ progress and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare instructional materials and resources to support learning.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Participate in school activities, professional development, and curriculum planning.
4. Logistics Officer (Nairobi – Full Time)
Job Description:
- Coordinate procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Optimize logistical operations to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SHOFCO’s procurement policies and guidelines.
- Address logistical challenges and provide solutions to enhance supply chain operations.
