Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:
1) Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and excellent customer experience.
2) Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and bussers.
3) Ensure exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
4) Ensure that food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently high.
5) Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and organized condition.

Operational Responsibilities:
1) Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments to ensure efficient seating and minimize wait times.

4) Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Leadership and Training Responsibilities:
1) Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
2) Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and work habits.
3) Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance and address areas for improvement.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1) Maintain records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance.
2) Assist with scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
3) Assist with budgeting and cost control, including managing labor costs and controlling expenses.
