Lwala Community Alliance is excited to announce multiple job openings across various roles to support our mission of empowering communities to advance their own comprehensive well-being and improve health outcomes. Founded by a group of committed Kenyans, we work alongside communities to design, implement, and evaluate solutions to their most pressing health challenges. Our mission is grounded in addressing systemic inequities and fostering sustainable change from within.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in Rongo, Migori County, and other parts of Kenya. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Driver

Location: Rongo, Migori County
Start Date: March 2025

Job Description:
The Driver will be responsible for providing reliable and safe driving services to the organization. This role is crucial for the smooth operational flow of our programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport staff, guests, and other stakeholders to various destinations as required.
  • Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times.
  • Conduct routine checks and minor repairs, and report any vehicle malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, and service records.
  • Ensure adherence to road safety regulations and organizational travel policies.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods and materials as needed.
  • Support administrative tasks as requested by the supervisor.

2. Product Officer
