1. Child Rights & Safeguarding Officer
Location: Middle East, Eastern and Southern Africa
As a Child Rights & Safeguarding Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that Plan International upholds the highest child safeguarding and protection standards across our programs. Your key duties will include:
- Implementing child safeguarding policies and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal guidelines.
- Conducting risk assessments and strengthening mechanisms to prevent child abuse and exploitation.
- Providing training and awareness programs to staff, partners, and communities on child rights and safeguarding.
- Handling and responding to safeguarding incidents in a timely and professional manner.

2. Youth Advocacy Officer

As a Youth Advocacy Officer, you will play a vital role in amplifying the voices of young people in shaping policies and programs that affect their lives. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting youth-led advocacy initiatives at national and global levels.
- Developing and implementing strategies to engage young people in advocacy campaigns.

- Designing and implementing emergency WASH programs in response to humanitarian needs.
- Providing technical guidance and training to field teams on WASH standards and best practices.
- Conducting assessments and identifying WASH priorities in emergency settings.
