1. Driver III
Job Responsibilities:
- Driving institute vehicles as assigned to ensure safe transportation of staff, students, and goods.
- Performing routine checks and ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition before undertaking any trip.
- Reporting any mechanical issues, accidents, or necessary repairs to the relevant department promptly.
- Keeping an accurate record of vehicle movements, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensuring the security and safety of passengers, goods, and the vehicle at all times.
- Observing all traffic laws and regulations to promote safe driving practices.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the management.
2. Internal Auditor
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting independent audits of financial records, operational processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Evaluating financial and operational risks and recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
- Reviewing the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and accounting procedures.
- Preparing audit reports with findings and recommendations for management action.
