Reporting to: Head, Micro Banking

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Micro Finance Institutions (MFI), Cooperatives, and SACCO sectors. The role requires identifying customer needs and providing tailored financial and non-financial solutions. Additionally, the role entails analyzing industry trends, developing innovative strategies, and working closely with key stakeholders and partners.
2. Head Counsel, Governance & Shared Services
Reporting to: Group General Counsel

Role Overview:
The Head Counsel will lead a team managing governance matters and subsidiary shared services. This includes coordination of board meetings, maintaining statutory registers, ensuring compliance with legislation, and enforcing policies and procedures.
