Job Overview

The Call Centre Intern will be responsible for handling client inquiries, assisting with transactions, resolving account-related issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role will also involve analyzing operational gaps, documenting client interactions, generating reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Call Centre.


Key Responsibilities

This role will involve direct interaction with clients, operational efficiency analysis, and process improvement within the call centre. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails professionally while providing accurate information about banking and investment products.
  • Assisting clients in navigating online platforms, processing transactions, and resolving issues related to their accounts.
  • Conducting reviews of call centre systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Maintaining detailed client records, ensuring compliance with investment banking regulations.
  • Generating reports on operational performance, highlighting challenges, and recommending solutions.
  • Participating in staff training programs, contributing insights to enhance training materials.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to improve call centre operations.
  • Engaging in team discussions and strategy meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
