Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in accelerating sales of the company’s properties, ensuring excellent customer relations, and managing relationships throughout the entire sales cycle. This role requires an individual with excellent communication, networking, and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively present the benefits and key features of products to acquire new business.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients.
- Make calls, conduct product demonstrations, and brief clients on location, benefits, prices, and payment methods.
- Identify and engage potential clients, book appointments, and arrange meetings with individuals, companies, investment groups, and other organized groups.
- Organize and conduct site visits to showcase company properties to prospective buyers.
- Facilitate the plot booking process during site visits and follow up with clients until the sale is completed.
- In collaboration with the legal team, prepare sales contracts, transfer documents, land consent documents, letters of offer, receipts, and other required documents in the land purchase process.
- Promote sales through advertisements, site visits, expos, exhibitions, and multiple listing services.
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the company’s image throughout the project cycle.
- Provide weekly sales reports outlining achievements, challenges, and progress to the Sales Manager.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and related matters.
- Actively search for new revenue-generating opportunities to meet company targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, particularly land sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
- A self-driven professional with a passion for achieving high sales targets.
- Trustworthy and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and CRM databases.
