Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and promotions.
- Ensure tables are clean and well-presented at all times.
- Address customer queries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Uphold high hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in setting up the dining area for smooth operations during peak hours.
