Qualifications
Education & Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including G Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and Outlook.
- Certifications in customer service or related fields are an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer communication platforms.
- Keen interest in technology, communication, digital media, and related fields.
- Research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of the sales cycle.
- Identifying and developing a sales pipeline while aggressively pursuing new customers within target sectors.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and executing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conducting cold calls and sending cold emails to potential clients.
- Preparing and delivering competitive quotations, with active follow-ups to close sales.
- Setting and achieving sales and business development targets.
- Compiling timely status reports on client meetings and sales strategies.
