Job Description – Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed the assigned sales quota within an allocated portfolio of accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive innovative solutions that align with their business needs.
- Oversee account strategy and management to enhance customer relationships, product penetration, revenue share, and supplier ranking.
- Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring swift resolution of issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all account plans, organizational charts, and relevant documentation are up-to-date and properly recorded.
- Manage new and existing customer portfolios, including contract agreements, product pricing, and commercial management.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in sales pipeline reporting and all required sales reports.
- Identify, pitch, close, and manage potential channel partners to expand business opportunities.
