Job Title: Administrator – Campus Services (Western Campus)
Job Objective
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing facilities maintenance, managing transport services, and ensuring the smooth operation of Western Campus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare Campus Management Board reports to support decision-making within the campus.
- Ensure excellent customer service and develop strategies to enhance service delivery to clients.
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring that all campus facilities are adequate and in good working condition to support student learning objectives effectively.
- Coordinate general office administration, including customer care, cleaning, housekeeping, and messenger duties.
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure compliance with policies and standards for a conducive work environment.
- Identify and recommend short- and long-term infrastructure maintenance needs.
- Manage efficient space and furniture allocation to enhance campus functionality.
- Ensure that all campus vehicles comply with regulatory requirements, including insurance, road licenses, and inspection reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Central Services Department to support decision-making.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Work Experience & Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
