As a Revenue Clerk in the County Government of Kericho, you will be entrusted with the critical role of managing revenue-related tasks to ensure effective and efficient revenue collection and financial accountability. Job Description and Duties

- Revenue Collection
- Collecting revenue from all revenue streams within the county.

- Confirming receipts of all transactions and updating revenue records accordingly.
- Reporting and Record Keeping
- Preparing daily reports on individual revenue collections.
- Submitting reports to supervisory officers to ensure accountability.
- Checking discrepancies in collections and resolving issues swiftly.
- Maintaining accurate logs of all collections in line with the County Finance policies.
- Enforcement of Payment Systems
- Ensuring adherence to the County Government’s approved cashless payment systems.

- Incident Reporting and Resolution

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education Requirements
- Must possess a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
- The minimum acceptable grade is a mean Grade of C- (Minus).
