1. Engineer – Voice Support Core
Location: Kenya

Role Purpose:
The Engineer – Voice Support Core will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end availability and performance of the core voice network infrastructure. This includes operational support, fault resolution, performance monitoring, and capacity management of voice platforms and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform proactive and reactive fault management for the voice core systems.
- Monitor system KPIs to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to support network expansion and upgrades.
- Manage software and hardware configurations across various platforms.
- Document processes, incidents, and resolutions for continuous service improvement.
2. M-Pesa Africa Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Manager

Role Purpose:
The AML Manager will lead the development and implementation of Anti-Money Laundering strategies, policies, and programs to mitigate regulatory, compliance, and reputational risks for M-Pesa Africa.
