Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the HR function to align with the bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Formulate, implement, and monitor HR strategies and policies across all departments.
  • Drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership on people-related matters.
  • Champion change management initiatives and a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

2. Assistant Relationship Manager, Trade Finance (1 Position)

Job Description:

  • Support relationship managers in maintaining and growing trade finance portfolios.
  • Assist in structuring and executing trade transactions to meet client needs.

Job Description:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and provide customized transaction banking solutions.

Job Description:

  • Sell bancassurance products to existing and potential clients.

5. Assistant Manager – Forex Trading Dealer

Job Description:

  • Execute foreign exchange trades in accordance with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage FX risks by adhering to trading limits and risk management protocols.
  • Prepare market reports and maintain trading records for audit and regulatory reviews.
