1. Relationship Officer – Coast Region
Department: Branch Banking
Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Description:
As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships with the aim of growing the branch business. You will identify business opportunities, cross-sell bank products, and ensure excellent service delivery to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the branch customer base through the acquisition of new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
- Identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
- Achieve set branch sales targets for various products including loans, deposits, and bancassurance.
- Perform periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to strategize and execute business growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s operational policies and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of banking products and financial services.

2. Relationship Manager – Coast Region

The Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the branch’s business portfolio by nurturing strong client relationships and ensuring superior customer service. The role will involve managing high-value accounts and providing comprehensive financial solutions tailored to the clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and business clients.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and grow the branch’s market share.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to provide personalized banking solutions.
- Cross-sell the bank’s products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Monitor account activities to detect and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain regular client contact and conduct client visits to enhance business relationships.
- Prepare and present business development reports to the Branch Manager.
