1. Head of Department (HOD) – Global Sales Operations

Job Summary
As the Head of Department – Global Sales Operations, you will be responsible for designing and driving the execution of BURN’s global sales strategy. Your key mandate will include building a world-class sales operations function, streamlining performance tracking, and enabling effective decision-making across all commercial teams. You will lead a growing team and work closely with senior leadership to ensure our global expansion efforts are efficient, scalable, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales operations strategy aligned with BURN’s long-term commercial goals.
- Oversee the establishment and optimization of sales processes and systems across all regions.
- Define and track KPIs that reflect sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance tracking tools to support internal reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional sales leads to ensure consistency and coordination in execution and planning.
- Support the forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation processes within the global sales team.
- Drive improvements in territory alignment, quota setting, lead management, and incentive compensation structures.
- Implement scalable training programs and onboarding practices for sales personnel.

2. Customer Service Representative – Luganda Speaker

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Luganda to join our Ruiru-based team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between BURN and its customers in Luganda-speaking regions. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s values and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to customers through phone, email, or in-person interactions using Luganda and English.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Communicate customer insights and suggestions to internal departments to support product and service improvements.
- Educate customers about product usage, warranty terms, and safety instructions.
- Work with technical and logistics teams to coordinate after-sales support and product replacements.
- Continuously update your knowledge of BURN’s products and services to offer relevant and updated support.
