Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head – Employee Relations & Wellness, the Employee Relations & Wellness Analyst will provide administrative and analytical support for all Employee Relations (ER) activities. This includes collecting, compiling, and analyzing ER data, metrics, and statistics to inform recommendations related to departmental key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for ER functions.
- Collect and analyze ER data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop reports and presentations based on ER metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs.
- Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Legal Counsel, Commercial

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head Counsel, Commercial, this role involves managing a portfolio focused on contracting, providing legal opinions and research, probate administration, legal awareness training, and other related commercial legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on commercial matters.
- Conduct legal research to support business operations.
- Manage probate administration processes.
- Deliver legal awareness training to relevant stakeholders.
3. Assistant Manager, Agribusiness
Deadline: 9 May 2025
Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager, Agribusiness, is responsible for growing the agricultural portfolio and market share within the agricultural value chain. This includes developing and executing the Agribusiness Retail strategy to achieve profitable growth of the Agribusiness brand, encompassing assets, liabilities, and relationship management. The role requires travel up to 60% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a quality Agribusiness asset portfolio.
- Monitor and maintain portfolio quality within acceptable credit risk exposure.
- Grow liability accounts as per set retail targets.
- Develop and maintain an effective sales pipeline in the agriculture sector.
- Analyze market trends and position products competitively.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
4. Manager, Growth – International Francophone (DRC, Rwanda, Burundi)

Role Overview:
The Manager, Growth – International Francophone, is responsible for the incubation and scaling of digital products across Francophone international businesses. The role ensures quick adoption, scaled usage, and integration of KCB digital payments, lending, and saving products across each country business as per the business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue targets for digital financial services in Francophone countries.
- Incubate and scale digital products within the Francophone international business.
- Leverage branch networks and corporate channels to enhance product penetration.
- Gather market insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with country teams to ensure successful product adoption.
5. Manager, Card Systems

Role Overview:
The Manager, Card Systems, is responsible for maintaining an efficient Card Management System. This includes delivering quality service to both internal and external customers, ensuring high system availability, and providing operational assistance and guidance in IT-related areas to the Card Center team.

6. Branch Manager, Lodwar Branch
