1. Programme Officer – Clinical Research and Trials Community

The Programme Officer will play a key role in the technical support and coordination of clinical research programmes. The role requires an individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while managing the needs of numerous stakeholders both locally and internationally. The role demands a fine balance between technical oversight and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level programme management and technical support across clinical research and trials.
  • Coordinate programme activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical trial teams, community stakeholders, and internal departments.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of trial activities within assigned research areas.

  • Ability to coordinate complex projects with diverse stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in clinical trials or health research coordination is highly desirable.

2. Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability

The Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability will lead the strategic communication and sustainability agenda at the SFA Foundation. The ideal candidate will bring thought leadership and innovation to drive brand positioning, public engagement, and institutional impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Foundation’s global communications and sustainability strategies.
  • Shape and manage the organization’s public image and brand voice across all platforms.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with media, partners, stakeholders, and the general public.
  • Oversee content creation for press releases, website updates, newsletters, social media, and campaign materials.
  • Manage crisis communication and ensure consistent messaging during organizational challenges.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives aligned with the Foundation’s mission and global standards.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators for communications and sustainability programmes.
  • Guide internal communications strategies that foster employee engagement and a positive organizational culture.
  • Collaborate across departments to amplify programme impact stories, research milestones, and community partnerships.
  • Supervise a team of communications professionals and external service providers (e.g., PR agencies, designers).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record in corporate communications and sustainability.
