About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training Manager to join BURN Manufacturing. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving training programs for our sales teams across all expansion markets. Your primary focus will be to develop a learning environment that enhances performance, drives sales effectiveness, and supports the long-term growth of our commercial operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, product, and training departments to identify skill gaps, craft effective training content, and ensure consistent delivery across all levels. Your role will help shape a culture of ongoing development and high performance.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Commercial leadership team to assess training needs and define required training modules for sales agents.
  • Collaborate with the commercial, product, and training teams across multiple markets to build relevant and engaging training curricula.
  • Prepare comprehensive training materials including outlines, handouts, manuals, and digital resources; seek approval from commercial leadership for all content.
  • Lead regular training needs assessments to keep learning content relevant and up to date with evolving market and operational demands.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to new and existing sales personnel, with a focus on “Train the Trainer” initiatives to maximize scalability.
  • Innovate new training methods and strategies that enhance knowledge retention and practical application in real-world sales scenarios.
  • Gather feedback from training participants and facilitators to continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Track training outcomes and measure performance improvements to evaluate the success and ROI of training programs.
  • Source and coordinate with external trainers when specialized expertise is required.
  • Manage the execution of Training of Trainers (ToT) programs for Sales Managers across all applicable markets.
  • Maintain and organize a library of updated training documents and resources for consistent use.
  • Stay informed on current market trends, sales strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Possess or be willing to develop an understanding of the carbon market and environmental sustainability issues.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in training and development, with a history of successfully delivering impactful training programs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of learning and development trends, especially in sales and commercial environments.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of breaking down complex concepts into accessible learning content.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire, guide, and mentor others, and to foster a growth-oriented learning culture.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously with attention to quality and detail.
  • Collaboration: Adept at working across departments and geographies to align training strategies with organizational goals.
