1. Principal Legal Officer (Re-Advertisement)

Job Summary:

The Principal Legal Officer will lead the legal function and provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of legal matters. The role involves ensuring that the organization’s operations are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing the institution in legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal counsel and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the organization in legal matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal support in governance and policy formulation.
  • Liaise with external legal service providers and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor legal trends and changes in legislation that affect the organization.
  • Oversee the legal risk management framework and ensure the protection of institutional interests.

2. Senior Officer, Job Evaluation & Salary Structures

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining effective job evaluation and grading systems, as well as developing and reviewing competitive salary structures. The successful candidate will work to ensure equity, internal consistency, and external competitiveness in remuneration practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and classification exercises.
  • Develop and maintain an equitable and competitive salary structure.
  • Provide technical advice on job grading and pay structure alignment.
  • Participate in salary surveys and market benchmarking.
  • Analyze and report on compensation trends and data for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to support performance-linked pay systems.
  • Review policies related to pay equity, grading, and job classification.

3. Senior Officer, Collective Bargaining Negotiations (Re-Advertisement)

Job Summary:

The Senior Officer will be the primary liaison for collective bargaining negotiations. This includes facilitating dialogue between stakeholders, preparing negotiation documents, and ensuring effective implementation of collective agreements in line with labor laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate collective bargaining negotiation sessions.
  • Prepare negotiation mandates and briefs.
  • Facilitate the drafting and implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
  • Provide advisory support on industrial relations and labor law compliance.
  • Analyze collective bargaining trends and practices.
  • Maintain harmonious relations with stakeholders and relevant unions.
  • Manage grievance and dispute resolution processes as needed.

4. Senior Officer, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation (Re-Advertisement)

Job Summary:

This role focuses on spearheading research initiatives and monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of programs and policies. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights to support evidence-based decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement research, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Conduct sectoral studies, data analysis, and program assessments.
  • Develop indicators and tools for monitoring program outcomes and impacts.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for policy and strategy improvement.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track the progress of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate capacity building in M&E practices within the organization.

5. Accountant

Job Summary:

The Accountant will play a key role in financial management and reporting. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Monitor expenditures and assist in budget preparation and control.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory regulations.
  • Support audits and implement audit recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

6. Supply Chain Officer

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Officer will oversee procurement and logistics activities. This includes managing supplier relationships, overseeing purchasing processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to procurement regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement processes in accordance with public procurement laws.
  • Prepare procurement plans and ensure efficient sourcing of goods and services.
  • Evaluate supplier bids and conduct contract negotiations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor records.
  • Coordinate logistics and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and policies.
