We’re hiring interns across a variety of teams. Explore the descriptions below to see where you fit best.
1. Project Administration
As a Project Administration Intern, you will:
- Support the technical project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Assist with project coordination tasks, scheduling, and documentation.
- Help prepare and maintain project status reports and stakeholder communications.
This role offers a strong foundation in project management while working with experienced teams bringing tech innovations to life across Africa.
2. UI/UX Design
Step into the creative world of user-centered design. As a UI/UX Intern, you will:
- Contribute to the design of real features for the One App, rolled out across African markets.
- Engage in research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
- Collaborate with developers, researchers, and product teams to deliver delightful user experiences.
This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your design thinking, toolset, and problem-solving skills.
3. Risk & Compliance
If you’re analytical and detail-oriented, the Risk & Compliance Internship is for you. You will:
- Gain exposure to risk and compliance frameworks in a high-performing fintech.
- Participate in data privacy management activities.
- Lead or support projects related to enterprise risk strategies.
You’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and operational risks and learn how to navigate them in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strategy and Partnerships
Learn how strategic decisions are made in a leading pan-African company. In this role, you’ll:
- Participate in strategy formulation and execution.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor analyses.
- Support partnership evaluation and project planning.
This role sharpens your business modeling, project management, and analytical thinking capabilities.
5. Legal & Regulatory Affairs
Interested in how law supports innovation? As a Legal Intern, you’ll:
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and archiving contracts using smart contract systems.
- Provide support in legal advisory matters.
- Gain exposure to intellectual property, legislative compliance, and regulatory requirements.
You’ll experience first-hand how legal processes drive fintech success across multiple jurisdictions.
6. Service Operations – Observability Engineer
As a Service Operations Intern, you will:
- Work within frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT to optimize service delivery.
- Apply data science methods to analyze service logs.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and help generate real-time operational insights.
This technical role suits those with a passion for automation, service excellence, and operations optimization.
7. Value Management Office
Dive deep into data! As a Value Management Intern, you’ll:
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards used by leadership teams.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for business decision-making.
- Support reporting and performance measurement activities across departments.
It’s a chance to put your analytical skills to use in driving business impact.
8. Supply Chain Management – Operations
If you’re interested in business logistics and efficiency, this is the role for you. You will:
- Engage with the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Support compliance and governance initiatives.
- Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
You’ll gain a solid foundation in supply chain strategy and execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.
9. Human Resources
Are you passionate about people and culture? As an HR Intern, you’ll:
- Get involved in talent acquisition, employer branding, and learning and development.
- Support business partnering and employee engagement initiatives.
- Learn the inner workings of HR in a company leading Africa’s fintech evolution.
You’ll help create a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: Monthly compensation provided

This program is open to young professionals aged 21-26 who:
- Have completed their coursework and are either awaiting graduation or have graduated within the last year.
- Are currently not in full-time employment.
- Are available for the full 6-month period.
