1. Short Course Trainers / Consultants
KISWCD is expanding its portfolio of short professional courses and is seeking dynamic and experienced Trainers/Consultants to support the facilitation and delivery of high-impact training programs. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about capacity building and community development.
Job Description:
The Trainers/Consultants will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and evaluating short-term training programs targeted at professionals, organizations, and community groups. The role calls for experienced facilitators with deep subject matter knowledge and the ability to engage adult learners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and deliver short courses in line with institutional guidelines.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and participant guides.
- Facilitate training sessions using interactive and learner-centered methodologies.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of clients and participants.
- Evaluate training outcomes and prepare detailed training reports.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Continuously update content to reflect current trends, policies, and best practices.
- Support the marketing and promotion of training programs as needed.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Counseling, Development, Business Management, Leadership, or Social Work.
- Proven excellent facilitation skills.
- Must possess Training of Trainers (TOT) skills and experience in adult learning methods.
