1. Senior Program Manager – Jubilee Holdings Limited (Based in Nairobi)
Reports to: Head of Operational Excellence
Location: Head Office, Nairobi
Role Purpose
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management systems and standards to support successful project delivery across Jubilee Holdings Limited. The role supports strategy implementation by ensuring rigorous governance, planning, execution, and reporting of business-critical projects. The incumbent will also lead a team of project management officers and oversee multiple high-impact programs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Duties:
- Support business strategy formulation by identifying priority areas and developing business cases aligned with strategic goals.
- Track and report performance across the entire project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery on cost, quality, and scope.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Lead project teams and PMOs in the application of best practices in project management.
- Enforce compliance with Jubilee’s policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Operational Duties:
- Implement and maintain project governance standards across the enterprise portfolio.
- Prepare and share regular reports on project deliverables and statuses to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and manage the lessons learned repository.
- Track project schedules, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate assurance and quality review activities with internal audit and compliance teams.
- Support quality strategy implementation and maintain consistent project documentation standards.
