1. People Operations Officer – Reliever

- Serve as a key support to the People Operations function by covering essential tasks during the absence of permanent staff.
- Assist in routine HR processes including onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking.

- Support the team in recruitment logistics, interview coordination, and documentation processing.

2. Nawiri Mentors – Samburu (15 Positions)

- Facilitate regular mentorship sessions with assigned households under the Nawiri project.
- Support community sensitization and mobilization efforts focused on nutrition, resilience, and economic strengthening.
- Document household progress, challenges, and milestones in collaboration with technical teams.
- Engage actively with community groups and structures to foster trust and promote project outcomes.
- Monitor and report on household needs, risks, and program responsiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Applicants should be community-oriented and passionate about mentorship and development. They must be willing to work closely with vulnerable households in remote settings and capable of handling sensitive discussions with empathy and professionalism.
3. Nawiri Mentors – Turkana (15 Positions)

- Deliver mentorship support to vulnerable households within the Nawiri initiative.

- Serve as a liaison between households and technical project teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile

4. LIFT NK Mentor – Napetao, Turkana

5. LIFT NK Mentor – Lkiloriti, Samburu

- Conduct regular mentorship activities with selected community members as part of the LIFT NK initiative.
- Deliver training and guidance on business development, financial practices, and livelihoods diversification.

- Build strong relationships with local leaders, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to program coordinators.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with the Samburu region and previous work in community mentorship or livelihoods programs will be an added advantage.
