Position: Production Worker – Casual Basis
Location: Nairobi
Contract Type: Casual Engagement

Role Summary:
The Production Worker will support a variety of production tasks on an as-needed basis. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes within our manufacturing facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform essential production tasks including capping, sleeving, cartoning, sealing, and packaging as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
- Report any operational inefficiencies or concerns promptly to the Supervisor.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and maintain a strong focus on personal and team safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment through consistent housekeeping practices.
- Practice safe working behaviors at all times and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
- Correctly utilize all issued personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Carry out any other related tasks that support overall business performance and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- KCSE/O-level Certification.
- At least one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in FMCG production will be an added advantage.
