We are currently recruiting for the following positions:


1. Senior Manager, Java Development

As the Senior Manager, Java Development, you will play a pivotal role in leading software development teams and delivering robust enterprise-level Java applications. You will be responsible for shaping the technology roadmap, improving development standards, and ensuring efficient delivery of software projects aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Java development team in building scalable and secure applications.
  • Design and implement complex software solutions based on business requirements.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and other technology teams to deliver quality solutions.
  • Establish coding standards, review code, and mentor junior developers to enhance team capability.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve application performance and team productivity.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development practices and processes.

  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring Framework, and RESTful API development.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

2. System Development Head

As the System Development Head, you will oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of software systems across the organization. You will be tasked with driving innovation, aligning technology strategies with business objectives, and managing large-scale system development initiatives to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall system development strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking for all system development initiatives.
  • Develop policies and best practices for system design, development, and maintenance.
  • Provide direction and technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to security, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with business units, project sponsors, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage software development budgets and optimize resource utilization.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development methodologies and technology adoption.
