1. Operations to Head of Operations

Job Description:
This position is a pipeline role for future Heads of Operations and is ideal for high-performing professionals with strong leadership skills and deep operational banking knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining operational processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving service delivery, and driving digital transformation within the operations function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operational functions of the bank.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supporting the development and execution of strategic plans within the Shared Services department.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance across operational processes.
- Preparing reports and insights for executive decision-making.
2. Relationship Manager – Coast Region
Department: Branch Banking
Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Description:
The Relationship Manager will be based in the Coast Region and will manage a portfolio of SME and retail customers. The candidate will be responsible for growing the customer base, deepening relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
