Medical Officer – Iten, Oloitoktok
Job Description:
As a Medical Officer, you will be responsible for delivering general medical services, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This role involves managing a range of medical conditions and supporting a multidisciplinary team in delivering quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment of patients across all age groups.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and emergency care as needed.
- Supervise clinical staff and ensure adherence to medical protocols and standards.
- Support in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage patient flow efficiently and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and specialists for case management and referrals.
