1. Business Analyst

Location: Athi River
Number of Positions: 1

Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business data to drive informed decision-making across various departments. Your role will involve identifying operational inefficiencies, compiling relevant reports, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements. You will serve as a bridge between management and operations by turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze operational, financial, and market data.
  • Create detailed reports to support business forecasting and budgeting.
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies for efficiency and performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and improve business processes.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and assist with strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure timely delivery of performance analysis.

2. Stores Assistant

Job Description:
The Stores Assistant will be tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure accurate inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and adherence to storage standards. You will support both incoming and outgoing materials and contribute to efficient warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries accurately.
  • Ensure proper documentation and labeling of stock.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory system to track stock levels.
  • Coordinate with departments to fulfill material requisitions.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store.

3. Crane Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining lifting machinery to move materials in our manufacturing facility. Safety and precision are critical in this role to ensure smooth operations and avoid damage to equipment or materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate overhead and mobile cranes in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance of crane equipment.
  • Lift, position, and place loads using controls and hand signals.
  • Read and interpret load charts and work orders.
  • Ensure safe movement of materials and communicate effectively with ground staff.
  • Report any malfunctions, damages, or hazards to the supervisor immediately.

4. Forklift Operator

Location: Mariakani

Job Description:
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our logistics and warehouse operations by safely transporting goods, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting inventory movement within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts to transport raw materials and finished products.
