Property Administration Officer
We currently have an exciting career opportunity for the Property Administration Officer within Jubilee Life Insurance Company of Burundi. The position holder will report to the General Manager – Life, Burundi and Regional Head of Property and will be based at our office in Burundi.
Key Deliverables
- Timely and responsive property administration service to tenants and stakeholders.
- Accurate and well-maintained property management documentation and records.
- Conducted lease audits in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration with tenants, property management staff, and external partners.
- Efficient coordination of lease renewals, terminations, and rent reviews.
- Assist in the resolution of tenant issues and maintenance requests.
- Organized and easily accessible property administration information and files.
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Land Economics, Real Estate Management or any other related
Fields.
Professional Qualifications - Additional certifications in property management, or related areas.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with lease agreements, property documentation, and tenant relations.
- Experience in conducting lease audits and maintaining property records is advantageous.
