1. Grants Manager, CSI Project

Job Description:
The Grants and Shared Value Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of KCB Foundation’s CSI (Corporate Social Investment) grants portfolio. This includes:
- Designing and implementing the grants strategy aligned with KCB Foundation’s mission and KCB Group’s inclusive finance agenda.
- Managing outreach, selection, monitoring, and impact reporting of CSI grants.
- Leading resource mobilization and fundraising initiatives to support the CSI portfolio.
- Collaborating across teams to integrate shared value principles into both philanthropic and enterprise initiatives.
- Providing strategic oversight to ensure the social and economic impact of grant initiatives is measured and communicated effectively.

2. Assistant Manager, Digital Solutions & Customer Experience

Reporting to the Digital Solutions and Customer Experience Manager, this role is responsible for:
- Leading the development and enhancement of digital insurance products tailored to meet customer needs.
- Representing the business team in the Bancassurance scrum team to ensure smooth delivery of ICT projects.
- Working closely with product, technology, and operations teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality user-centric products.
