1. Grants Manager, CSI Project

Location: Kenya
Deadline: July 4, 2025

Job Description:
The Grants and Shared Value Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of KCB Foundation’s CSI (Corporate Social Investment) grants portfolio. This includes:

  • Designing and implementing the grants strategy aligned with KCB Foundation’s mission and KCB Group’s inclusive finance agenda.
  • Managing outreach, selection, monitoring, and impact reporting of CSI grants.
  • Leading resource mobilization and fundraising initiatives to support the CSI portfolio.
  • Collaborating across teams to integrate shared value principles into both philanthropic and enterprise initiatives.
  • Providing strategic oversight to ensure the social and economic impact of grant initiatives is measured and communicated effectively.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Partnerships, the ideal candidate will drive the foundation’s efforts to create sustainable social value through strategic grantmaking.


2. Assistant Manager, Digital Solutions & Customer Experience

Location: Kenya

Job Description:
Reporting to the Digital Solutions and Customer Experience Manager, this role is responsible for:

  • Leading the development and enhancement of digital insurance products tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Representing the business team in the Bancassurance scrum team to ensure smooth delivery of ICT projects.
  • Working closely with product, technology, and operations teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality user-centric products.
  • Investigating and resolving issues affecting digital customers, particularly those onboarded digitally.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of digital customer journeys through feedback analysis and innovation.

3. Legal Counsel – Securities

Job Description:
The Legal Counsel – Securities, reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel – Securities, will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all credit facilities granted by the bank are adequately secured.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation related to securities, guarantees, charges, and other instruments.
  • Liaising with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely perfection of security documents.
  • Providing legal support and guidance in relation to the bank’s credit portfolio.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements associated with securities.

This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the bank’s credit risk through effective legal structures and due diligence.


4. Integration Specialist
