Graduate Trainee Opportunity – Nairobi Office

RSM Eastern Africa is currently seeking to recruit a select group of Graduate Trainees to join its Nairobi team. This opportunity is suited for recent graduates who are ready to begin their careers in an environment that values technical excellence, teamwork, innovation, and client focus.

As a Graduate Trainee at RSM, you will be exposed to real-world business problems and provided with structured professional development through formal training, on-the-job learning, mentorship, and team collaboration. Trainees will have the chance to participate in projects across multiple service lines, with particular emphasis on assurance, tax, and bookkeeping services.

Key Responsibilities

While specific responsibilities may vary depending on the service line and project engagements, Graduate Trainees will generally be expected to perform the following:

  • Assist with the execution of audit, tax, or advisory assignments under close supervision of experienced professionals.
  • Participate in data gathering, financial analysis, and preparation of working papers.
  • Support in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
  • Conduct background research and benchmarking in line with client industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications
