As a Graduate Trainee at RSM, you will be exposed to real-world business problems and provided with structured professional development through formal training, on-the-job learning, mentorship, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities
While specific responsibilities may vary depending on the service line and project engagements, Graduate Trainees will generally be expected to perform the following:
- Assist with the execution of audit, tax, or advisory assignments under close supervision of experienced professionals.
- Participate in data gathering, financial analysis, and preparation of working papers.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
- Conduct background research and benchmarking in line with client industry standards.
