Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Credit Collections, will play a pivotal role in the effective management of delinquent accounts to minimize credit risk and reduce financial losses. This role involves strategizing and executing collection plans, working with defaulting clients, and ensuring compliance with credit policy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient debt recovery strategies in line with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies.
  • Supervise and guide collection officers in the recovery of overdue loans and arrears.
