Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Credit Collections, will play a critical role in managing the collection process to ensure the effective recovery of delinquent accounts in alignment with the organization’s credit policies. The role holder will work closely with the Credit Risk and Retail Banking teams to minimize portfolio at risk (PAR) and maximize recovery rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient collection strategies and action plans for various loan portfolios.
  • Analyze aged receivables and recommend remedial strategies for account resolution.
  • Supervise, coach, and support collections officers in achieving targets and enhancing performance.
  • Liaise with legal teams and external debt collectors for legal recovery and enforcement actions.
  • Negotiate and restructure repayment terms with clients where necessary, in line with policy.
  • Prepare detailed reports on non-performing loans and collections status for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies during the debt recovery process.
  • Provide recommendations for credit process improvement based on collection insights.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and maintain updated records of all collections activities.

2. Senior Officer, Network Technologies

Job Summary:
The Senior Officer, Network Technologies, will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance of all systems. The position requires a highly skilled ICT professional capable of supporting enterprise-grade networks in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and related networking components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail recoveries unit, including contact with clients and third-party agents.
  • Monitor assigned loan portfolios and identify high-risk accounts requiring urgent intervention.
  • Develop client-specific repayment plans and facilitate sustainable recovery arrangements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients, maintaining records of all communications and agreements.
